Cancellation Policy: Once confirmed, cancellations are only available for the entire Vacation Package. Cancellations submitted more than 48 hours in advance of arrival date are subject to a $100 cancellation fee, with the remaining balance applied to a five year monetary gift certificate. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival date are non-refundable. If the Vacation Package hotel room becomes unavailable, customer can select an alternate hotel, reschedule for an alternate date, or be refunded in full. If any of the Vacation Package activities become unavailable, customer can select alternate activities, or be refunded a pro-rata portion of the Vacation Package price. Please note, however, that the Vacation Package remains intact. Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Pet Policy Pets are allowed, but there is a nonrefundable fee of $75.00 for 1-6 nights and $150.00 for 7+ nights. Pets must weigh less than 80 lbs. and a pet agreement must be signed at check-in. Guests must provide a record of complete and up-to-date vaccinations for their pets.
~Service animals required for disabled guests are exempt from the fee.

Friday: Savannah Riverboat Dinner Cruise - Set sail Friday evening aboard the Savannah Riverboat! Hotel pick up is not included, so you will be responsible for providing your own transportation to the boarding dock, just a short distance from the hotel. Enjoy a delicious dinner, live entertainment, and unforgettable views of Savannah aboard this fabulous Riverboat Dinner Cruise. The dinner menu includes Signature River Queen Seafood au gratin, a carving station with beef top sirloin & almond-crusted boneless pork loin, peel & eat shrimp display, herb roasted chicken, seasonal vegetables, assorted fresh salads, and a fresh fruit display. Don't forget to save room for a delicious "Southern" dessert! After dinner, a riverboat entertainer will play tunes from the 1950s to the 1980s. Dance the night away as you cruise the Savannah River! Saturday: Historic Savannah Trolley Tour - Hop On & Off - Explore historic downtown Savannah on this Hop On & Off Trolley! Hotel pick up is available. If you wish to be picked up, you must call a phone number provided on your E-ticket at least one full day before your tour date to make those arrangements. If you prefer, you can also meet the trolley at any of its 13 convenient stops. Ride through Savannah on a 35-passenger open-air trolley with on-and-off privileges at all stops. Step off at the sites of greatest interest to you, then re-board another trolley when you're ready to continue the tour route. An experienced tour guide is on board to paint a fascinating picture of this charming city. Discover over 270 years of rich history on this fully-narrated tour that covers much of Savannah's beautiful historic district, including the lovely squares, River Street, and City Market. You can ride the trolley all the way through the 90-minute loop, or hop on and off all day from 9:00 am until 4:30 pm. The trolley operates on a 20-25 minute pickup schedule at each stop. Saturday Night: Scary Ghost Tour - Are you prepared to tour through America's Most Haunted City! The Scary Ghost Tour begins at 8:00 pm, but hotel pick up is not included, so you will be responsible for providing your own transportation to the boarding location, less than a mile from your hotel. Learn about death, murder, possessions, and the most haunted house in Savannah - the Hampton-Lilibridge, which has been exorcised several times!
