The Sixth Sense Savannah Ghost Tour was born in 2002 and goes in-depth with personal knowledge of the billiant occultist from the famous non-fiction novel Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil.

Learn all about the real life Jim Williams and "that murderous house." What about "Lady Minerva" - did she murder Jim Williams? Take this tour to find out more. Depending on your point of view, the Mercer House is either one of America's great evil houses or just has a very uncanny rap sheet dotted with accidental deaths and cold-blooded killings. Your tour will also include a number of other haunted Savannah issues.

There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy:

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

This tour is especially golden if you're a nut for the NY Times Best Seller of all time, the non-fiction novel, Midnight In The Garden of Good and Evil. For fans, "the book" stories on this tour are nicely rounded out with discussions of famed root doctor and direct descendant of Marie Laveau, Ms. Stephany Deveau, aka, Lady Minverva.

The tour "storylist" is up to each guide on each individual tour, but the following may also be included:

Make a case study of the "missing cemetery" trend that gave life to the tongue-in-cheek Savannah expression, "She's built on top of her own dead." You'll find out that's more cheek than tongue and could easily explain why this is such a city of spiritual unrest.

You may also delve deeply into a helter skelter home called "432." The 432 House is easily Savannah's most humanly disturbed house with tales of Victorian child abuse turned deadly, up to cult ritual killings and dismemberment in the 1970s that will surprise you with twists of strange familiarity.
