Haunted Effingham Paranormal Investigation
Hunt for paranormal activity in Savannah With the assistance of Paranormal Researchers, you will be introduced to a variety of ghost hunting equipment and will have opportunity to indulge your ambitions to experience phenomenon and learn about paranormal field research. This is all done under the beautiful, star-filled night sky of rural Georgia countryside! Just outside of Savannah, in Effingham County, is where plantation and rural life operated. It was far from elegant and, in many respects, was the harshest of life. You will explore this private 35 acre homeplace, which survives as a testament to the hardships of loss, but also the survival of great atrocities such as Civil War skirmishes, sickness, death and unspeakable crimes. An old sawmill used to sit nearby, is where men worked long hard days and suffered many injuries while they harvested the trees from the land and sawed the boards that built many of the homes in the area. The parlor of the currently occupied 122 year-old home was where area families from all over the county brought their deceased loved ones for photos for their family "Death Book". You will be broken down into teams and assigned different tasks over the course of a few hours. After everyone has the opportunity to investigate on their own, a final "reveal" will be done around a large open fire pit where you will share and compare findings. You may bring your own equipment, video cameras & photography. As this is an outdoor event, one should research in advance and dress accordingly. This event is for mature audiences & parental discretion is advised.
Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final. Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center. This activity will proceed rain or shine; you should research weather conditions in advance and dress accordingly. It is recommended to bring bug spray and a folding chair. Disabled guests are welcome to participate, but no transportation is provided to the tour departure location and no special equipment is provided to accommodate. Hotel pick-up is NOT included; this tour departs from a convenient location in Rincon, Georgia (specific details will be on your E-Ticket). Must be 18+ to participate on this tour.
